About Casolette
Casolette is a small, independent US online retailer that sells one thing well: Breville espresso machines. We stock a short, current range instead of a catalogue of everything, write every product page from the manufacturer's published specifications, and answer questions ourselves rather than through a call centre.
What you can expect
- New, sealed units. Everything we sell is brand new in the manufacturer's retail packaging.
- Free US shipping on every order. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking by email on every order.
- 30-day returns. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging with all accessories — it may be unboxed and tested.
- Straight answers. Email support@casolette.com (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET). We reply within one business day.

Breville and its product names are trademarks of their owner; Casolette is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Breville. If a manufacturer claim is ever refused because you bought from us, we will make it right ourselves.
